A few notes of thanks to the folks who helped us so much on our first album. We're looking forward to starting round two shortly! First, thanks to Lisen and the Kern kids for dealing with me as I went through the process of writing and recording with The Bramble Jam crew. So much patience and I'm truly grateful. Thanks to Leah Carey for all your behind the scenes support at the office. Check out her work at www.leahcarey.com. Very talented woman! Asa Brebner for producing, writing and dealing , playing penny whistle, harmonica, and also the drawings on the album. General rock-star stuff. John Fraser and Jim Griffiths for playing trumpet and banjo on "Jack Came Back". Jay Janney for recording, guiding and singing a little too. Tireless and baffling with all those buttons and dials. Luther "Dinty" Childs accordion for Mariposa Mi Nina. Paul Ahlstrand: you made Big Brother Blues and Move Your Boots come alive with your sax. Steve Sadler, your slide guitar adds so much texture, thanks. All the mixing by Ducky Carlisle. Additional Recording by Pat Wallace. Super thanks to Tim Jackson and Pam Manning for percussion and inspiration. Thanks to Kate Harrison, Mark Soehren and Jessie for the photographs on the album. Also Tim and the kids! Holding down the fort while Jessie slays it on the mic. Matthew Azevedo at M-Works in Cambridge for the mastering. Certainly added the magic dust that made the album gel.
